Has anyone implemented any SLAs associated with measuring activities associated with HIPPA and the Hitech Act? Much of the traditional ITIL security SLAs apply to the infrastructure side of things but not to the Privacy, Compliance, or breaches.
I visited the ITIL Healthcare SIG site but did not see any information there.
