I know nothing about intermediate online courses. I am strictly a V2 person. However assuming such courses exist, I think you may get a better response if you:-
1. Explain which providers or sites you have already considered.
2. What constitutes "too expensive".
3. What your expectations are regarding a fair price to pay.
Someone in the industry may then be able to better advise whether there are better value for money courses and / or whether your expectations need to be reset.
These courses will be 3-5 days classroom training, or a very detailed elearning course. If classroom-based, they well be presented by a trainer who has extensive experience and has had to pass multiple exams. as such, they are never going to be cheap. The exam cost has also to be included.
Lack of interest/recession has meant that course numbers are small, pushing up the individual price.
Although you may get a good deal if you call a training company the day before a course, you must be prepared to make a significant investment of time and money if you wish to pursue these qualifications. _________________ Liz Gallacher,
