Hello,
I am IS senior student at university of Bahrain. My senior project is about investigating the effects of implementing ITIL in Bahraini organizations’ performance.
My first objective is to investigate the current situation regards implementing ITIL in Bahrain.
I will appreciate your help if you give me any information about ITIL implementation in Bahrain, or the organizations that implement it?
Also, any information about the factors that lead to ITIL implementation or the benefit from its adoption will be useful.
Hmmm....That really is a pretty niche market you have chosen there.
Why Bahrain, other than I guess you live / work there?
Unless the market in Bahrain is fundamentally different from other world markets (and if it is, then you will need to document this in your report), why not increase the scope of your project to include other geographical areas where you may get access to better research material?
I can help you further in this, as I was involved in some projects in Bahrain, but before I do.. I need to know if you have any knowledge about ITIL? have you done your homework or are you expecting us to spoon feed you? and do everything for you? _________________ Ali Makahleh

As I have mentioned before, I ‘m student at University of Bahrain, so I chose to study the effect of ITIL in Bahraini organizations.
I have enough information about ITIL for my theoretical part. The problem that I’m facing is that I want to know more organizations that implement ITIL.
message me on linkedin and I will provide you with the required information. _________________ Ali Makahleh
