Hi,
I have a question regarding a general approach how to include external service providers in the CHG process.
We have partly outsourced our hardware to external service providers for some of our services.
Since they have their own CHG in place I wonder if there is a best practice approach how to make them aware of any changes coming from our company and vice versa.
