Job description:
Lancaster Systems, Inc., a full-service Information Systems Consulting firm, is currently searching for a Senior Certified ITIL Process Consultant to work on a 9 months assignment for our client located in Nassau County, NY.
NOTE: This is W2 contract only. We are unable to work with 3rd Party Vendors or independent contractors for this client.
DESCRIPTION
Must have 10- 15 years of experience improving IT business processes.
Areas of expertise include, but not limited to information and technology architectures.
The ability to build GAP analysis of as-is processes and the ability to detail the target state with the identification of the implementation steps.
Working knowledge of all ITIL process, including those in Service Support and Support Delivery.
Assist in the implementation of these processes enabling the IT organization to operate efficiently while minimizing costs.
