Job Description:

The Technical Writer will work across multiple project domains and ensures documentation standards are adhered to through a structured Quality Assurance approach. Will support the development of document lifecycle management best practices to support project objectives. Detail oriented person with experience writing detailed procedures, work instructions and technical user manuals. Will write technical materials, such as equipment manuals, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions. Will organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.Maintain records and files of work and revisions.Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel.Confer with customer representatives and/or vendors to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication.Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.

Experience Requirements:

Writing samples required. ITIL V2 or V3 Foundation certification highly desired.5+ years of related experience preparing and editing technical documentation.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors Degree preferably in English and / or Computer Science.
