I am working in the area of Network Operations Management and i would like to take exams in that area specifically.. i am a itil v3 foudation certified..


is it really necessary to undergo a training to take an intermediate exam of service operation (which comes under life cycle module)>?

Yes. You may be able to find an e-learning option, but taking the course is required for anything beyond Foundation level.

Raj,

Training is mandatory for all ITIL certification except the foundation level. You can still attend ITIL foundation training but it is not a requirement.

HI...the only way to clear your practioner exam is the realtime clasrrom session. So, find a acredited training centre & have course training.. Before that plan your practioner capability stream you want to do.. so that you can shine to become a practioner...
