I am working in the area of Network Operations Management and i would like to take exams in that area specifically.. i am a itil v3 foudation certified..
is it really necessary to undergo a training to take an intermediate exam of service operation (which comes under life cycle module)>?
Training is mandatory for all ITIL certification except the foundation level. You can still attend ITIL foundation training but it is not a requirement. _________________ Ali Makahleh
