I think you mean I should NOT disclose the company name
That is most likely the smartest move so far for you and the company that you have done
It reminds me of the old saying..
'it is better to be thought a fool than speak and remove all doubt'
I am still trying to figure out what you are trying to achieve here by posting what you are posting
It seems to me that you have come up with a company - name, purpose - but you dont have a business plan or strategy or anything tangible like tools. budget etc.
You seem to think that by asking questions in this (may be others) forum that you will get the right amount of information to fill in the blanks for your company.
This site is an ITIL Discussion forum, not the business development arm of a goverment, agency or university.
We discuss freely and sometimes quite harsh concepts in ITIL and related matters. We give our opinion as free advice - which in turn implies no legal obligation, constraint or responsibility if some one takes our advice
We are not here to be consultants for free for you in order to fill what ever need your company has.
While we, some more than others, are mercenary enough to offer services to the appropriate bidder for our services, I, and I think I speak for a good majority here, would be remiss in stating to you
Go. Rethink your business plan. Fill in the blanks. get funding. develop your tools. Use the internet and seek professional business and IT help _________________ John Hardesty

Nothing to do with A(rthur) Bertram Chandler then.
We learn something every day.
I'm guessing that "infra" is an abbreviation for infrastructure.
Much more of this and I'll be claiming MBA equivalence in my learning here. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."
