Dear All,
Im very new to ITIL,working as network engineer and ill like to improve my ITIL skills.Please anyone clearly explain with real time example.as theory im some what aware about the processes and procedures.But i am unable to screen this process in organisation level.
Recently i have receiving a job opening for change management from very big it tempted me alot to know how come the work will be in organisation as change manager.
Pls help me to explore myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

If you have done with the ITIL-Change Management process from V3/V2 book, that might tend you to ask more specific questions like how to manage a change window extension, how many emergency changes a month etc...
You can ask specifc questions or search in net to get real time responses...
