V2 Service Management Registration

Dear All,

I was hoping for a little bit of guidance please? I did I search and couldn't find the answer so excuse me if this has already been answered and did searches on the internet to no avail.

I sat the Managers V2 Service Delivery and Support course late last year with my course provider QAIT in London. I decided against taking the exam a month after course completion due to work commitments and then had an email from my provider that the last time I can sit the V2 Service Managers exams is end of July 2010 (first sitting)....

I am registered to take the exam end of this month but could do with a little more time...I understand that I can take the exam first hit end of August.. Could you please advise me on how I would go about booking an exam sitting for Aug as my course provider won't be organising them past July 2010.

Suggest you contact ISEB, as that is the Examination Institute that QA use. You need to be put forward for the exam by your training provider, but there will probably be public exam dates

Hello Liz,

Thank you for the info. I called ISEB and they said no more public dates but my training provider kindly put me in touch with another who are taking candidates. I am now booked for Aug 25-26 Feel a little better as I now have a revision plan which looks a lot more constructive....

Have a look at other posts on this forum about exam technique, revision plans etc. These will help a lot.
