Hello -
Does anyone have a Microsoft Project Schedule Template for Implementing the Service Support Items? I hate to have to create one from scratch...if I don't have to.

ITIL is a framework and just applying the stuff straight from the manuals isn't going to work. Each and every implementation is different, basically because the strategic drivers for each one are not necessarily the same. That old comedy line..."I'm playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order!" is very true for ITIL.
Go back to the original business justification for implementing ITIL, look at where the quick wins can be made and then develop your plan from there. No easy way I'm afraid, just hard work, planning and sound project management.
Use the usual: Where do we want to be? Where are we now? How do we get to where we want to be? How do we know we've got there? approach. It does work...honest.

When doing your schedule, remember the “Awareness campaign.” ITIL is a major cultural change. Simply writing processes and procedures, and telling everyone to follow them will doom the implementation to failure. The tech fixing a PC has to have as much buy-in as the CIO. You not only have to be a project manager, but a cheerleader as well.
