You write them yourself, especially if you want them to be suitable for your use.

Just in case you find my response a trifle abrupt. There are places you can buy such things and probably places you can access them for free, but even for people familiar with such items (and that does not include me), how do they know what constitutes "best" for you?

In point of fact it might be better to get a hold of some really poor templates. With those you can most easily see how they do not suit you and they stimulate your thinking about what you really want. Whereas with a really good template, there is the problem that it might look perfect to you and it will only be some way down the line when you discover its shortfallings in your environment and then it could be more painful putting it right.

Timo based on my logic above, offer to write some really awful templates at twice the cost. If you don't know how to write awful templates, just sub-contract the task to me.

There are several threads with detailed and sound advice on templates. I see no harm in a little humour in an odd one, especially as the basic advice offered here is also sound: Using other businesses templates works best for other businesses.
