Hi all,
New to the site, apologie sfor what may be a basic question.
To be considered for a position within my company, it has been suggested that it would help if I had a 'Foundation level certificate in ITIL'...
Can anyone give me some basic info and steps on how would be the quickest way to go about this? Who to contact, costs, how to train, where the examinations take place, etc... I am in south UK.

I don't know the costs in UK pennies, but here is my advice. Even though you need Foundations for the purpose of obtaining a different position, don't just settle for passing the exam. Grasp the idea behind ITIL, understand WHY ITIL, not only 'what' ITIL... if you buy into it, it will serve you well in many different areas of IT in the future.
For training specifics you might want to visit the training section of this forum and I am sure Liz Gallacher will chime in any second.
Indeed I will! Contact me directly about self-study. otherwise google ITIL Training and you will find loads _________________ Liz Gallacher,
