I do not see the relevance - CM & RM have not changed
I see the exam issues as a big issue. If the questions / answers are not black and white - which they should be for a multiple choice.

Though I did complete the ITIL V3 Expert exam, I have not been happy with the way this exam has been designed. You cannot boast yourself to have understood completely by just cracking this exam
As of now, I find ITIL V2 Service Manager Certification and wealth of hands on experience must work wonders.. Most importantly APMG has commercialized the ITIL V3 certifications which somehow has created a feeling that once u become an expert, you reach ultimatum...
Solid Experience and Expertise is in continual demand and I am sure that it goes well with the customers....
