|
|
Hi. I am struggling to come up with a job title for my current work:
-I am a consultant leading a project to establish a Problem Management process at a company in the U.S.
(Note: I will not be serving as the Problem Manager once this is implemented.)
I am wearing a couple of hats here:
-Project Manager
-ITIL Consultant
Any ideas what an appropriate Job Title would be? I have done a bit of searching and have been unable to come up with anything other than the two titles listed above.
ITIL Implementation Artist?
Thanks.

Have you considered Problem Management Consultant? or ITIL Consultant - Problem Management? - either seems fit to your role.
just my thought.

Thanks for the replies. After a bit of digging on job boards, etc., I came up with the following posted Job Titles:
ITIL Process Consultant
ITIL Consultant
ITIL Process Specialist
ITIL Project Manager
For the purposes of a business card, I eventually came up with this:
Senior IT Consultant
Certified ITIL Practitioner
That'll work, at least for current position.

John,
some thirteen hundred days to think about it, and that is all you have to say?
I'd stick to the knee-jerk response in future. you do it better
sincerely,
