I´m looking for general ITIL templates / forms. I´m currently working
with a smaller helpdesk and I want to write down some ideas about
how to assign different roles.

If you can help me and provide some templates, I would be grateful
and have something to start off with.

Try the FITS site. A search on FITS and ITIL will get you there. FITS might be considered "ITIL lite" Smile

FITS is built for ITSM in British schools, and is OGC blessed.

It can be a good resource for smaller IT sites that really do need a streamlined - simpler version of ITIL.

And, (yum yum), it does have public domain templates for key ITIL 'thingumies' like RFCs, Incident Reports, the Service Catalogue, Metrics, etc.
