Hi All,
As part of change management process, once the change is implemented successfully, the results like Post Implementation Verification has to be stored. Post Implementation verification can be a output of a database query or validation of data in a report, verifying the logs etc.,
Can these outputs be stored onto the Change record itself or is there any other solution? Please advise.

The design of documents and forms to suit a particular context can only be effected successfully in reference to that context. In other words how you define and store information is entirely up to yourself, preferably taking into account the access requirements of the information.
One person's change record is someone else's change document set. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."
