Hi,
I have been working in Change Management for the past 3 years and have ITIL V3 foundation certificate.
I want to learn more and establish myself as an expert in this field giving more time to it and learning new things.
I am not sure how to go about it?Should i be looking forward to take new certifications?If so please do suggest on what all i should be taking.
Will taking the technical certifications help on this?If so which is the best?
I feel this is the best time to study and get more knowledge.
