Has anyone heard of the 4 eyes principle during change implementation? I would like to have a better understanding on how can this be implemented effectively.

google it. there is a probably good description at economy dot org. I say probably because I have no independent knowledge of the principle. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

The 4-eye principle with changes, means that all change approvals or in your scenario, the change implementation has to be authorised from Senior Managers usually the CEO, CIO or Directors.
This however is not a best practice. _________________ Ali Makahleh
