Hi All,

Currently, i have 3.5 years of experience in IT as quality Analyst and i am planning to do ITIL foundation certification.

Please share your opinion, whether it will be helpful for my career life.

ITIL Certification in itself will have very little impact on your career.

ITIL Certification and the use of the information that you learn in getting the foundation and the further certifications may have you progress in the area of IT Service Management if you work in that area

ITIL is a skill set and set of knowledge.

It is a skill set that is like writing documents, presentations, etc

If you are in IT, having knowledge cant hurt

Will this get you a pay raise or a better job

Maybe. Maybe not.
