Skills: Our client is looking for an IT Service Management Expert, with solid experience in defining and implementing ITIL processes within IT organizations. Other telecom/IT governance processes and standards such as CORBIT, e-TOM would be beneficial but not essential Minimum 8 years experience. Knowledge of tools like BMC, CA or HP is a plus.
