Even I was in some what similar situation . But I followed up EXIN regularly . You also need to do the same .

Send your request to Candidate Support email at candidatesupport@exin-exams.com and provide information as mentioned below.

(1) Candidate First Name :
(2) Candidate Middle Name :
(3) Candidate Last Name :
(4) Candidate ID :
(5) Exam Module :
(6) Exam Date :
(7) Exam Location (Country) :
(Cool Exam provider company name :

And do follow up with your full zeal . I am sure you will get the response.
