Hi,

I have been working in Change Management for the past 7 years and have ITIL V3 foundation certificate. Right now I am working as a Change Management Analyst. I want to learn more and establish myself as an expert in this field giving more time to it and learning new things.
I am not sure how to go about it? Should I be looking forward to take new certifications like ITIL Intermediate level or PMP? If so please do suggest on what all I should be taking.

If so which is the best?

Regards
rajjoy

PMP has nothing to do with Change Management. It is for Project Management. While there is an aspect of change management in Project management it is project oriented

An ITIL intermediate certification gives yo more knowledge in the area of ITIL; please go to the official web site and look at the intermediate course and areas that they cover

In addition, the ITIL expert is the next level after that and the ITIL master is the one after that

There are a number of specialist courses that have been accredited, including a couple just on Change Management. They are worth a point or two in the overall scheme as well. I suggest you look at websites from EXIN, ISEB and APMG to find these, and then find out if they are being offered near you
