Hi every body!
i am an iranian IT analyst,and my organizatrion decided to use ITIL for its functions,so i searched the net to find any case study about ITIL models,and advices,but i coulden't finde any comfortable one,if you have any please send me the links!

Could you be more specific about what you want to learn?
