Hi,
We are putting a temporary quick and dirty solution in place to provide some controls for changes in non-prod environment. These will be in place for less than a year until permanent solution supported by an integrated ITSM tool is developed (don't ask why it's like that).
I was wondering if someone could recommend a free request tracking tool we could use to essentially capture some rudimentary information about proposed changes. Integration not required, just recording, tracking and primitive reporting / searching capabilities.
