Our client a world leading supplier of Best Practice based out-of-the-box Help Desk software and IT Service Management software solutions.
You will work closely with new and exciting customers on a variety of service management projects. Provide consultancy to scope and plan the key stages of new ITIL projects. Undertake ITIL / Service Management health-checks and advise at a strategic level. Provide process consultancy in relation to Incident, problem, configuration/asset & change management. Undertake service management process definition and review projects. Deliver BS15000 pre-audit health-checks and process reviews.
-A minimum of 5 years experience working for a consultancy organisation delivering service management consultancy to global organisations.
-A good understanding of BS15000
-ITIL Foundation Course & ITIL Service Manager certifications are required.
-Strong in-depth experience of at least four of the following areas;
Problem Management / Change Management / Incident Management / Asset & Configuration Management / Release Management / Service Level Management
-Willingness and ability to undertake extensive travel to client sites throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide as required as part of the role. It would be expected that about 80% of your time will be spent on chargeable projects with the majority of this undertaken on client site.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
