Hi I am working in an organization, in which one of task is to provide & managed 3G services to customers as required. The 3G services are portable device which is used for internet connectivity through which users can perform their work remotely.
I am little bit confuses in implementing ITIL in this area and how can I improve service.

What are you confused about?
By the by, you do not (cannot) "implement" ITIL.
