I have 7 years experience in Service delivery of IT Industry.
Worked on Incident, Problem and change management during my service delivery in Application development and Maintenance activities, not exactly on definition part.
Now i have started a new role in process consulting area with definition part of problem management.
My aspiration is to gain knowledge in ITIL and to achieve a position of ITIL guru (equal to this).
In my journey what would be my next step. please guide me.
