Hi,
I am V3 Foundation Certified and would want to go for the next level. Please guide me as what the next level should be and how should I go about it. I work on Incident Management. |

certification-wise, google and figure out that yourself mate.
But my advice is to get training in something you can apply at work, whether certification is attached or not. |

Google "ITIL official site".
The certification "Operational Support and Analysis" is probably the next best step for you _________________ Liz Gallacher,

Congrats Vampire... best of luck to the rest of your journey.
I am planning to take a first step on ITIL. I believe certification in ITIL v3 comes first. Please forgive my asking about general info as I am new to ITIL certification I need some insights
- how long is the exam and how much time t finish it?
- How much would it cost?
- Will it boost me in my career/looking for a job?
- How and where will I take the exam? I reside in Australia
Any help?
Thanks |

DasherDan
You dont have to multi post your questions to every thread in the forum. Posting it once is enough
SOme one will answer... eventually _________________ John Hardesty
