have you read any books?

Have you experience in a service delivery environment?

It appears to me that you have no knowledge of ITIL, IT Service Management nor of Change Management

The questions you are asking are not advice - which is always free - but an attempt to get consulting from the forum

My question to you is as follows

1 - Do you have any experience or knowledge about Change Management
2 - Why are you asking this forum on how you should implement Change Management
3 - Are you willing to hire some one to do the consulting for you / your company.
