Hi,

Greetings!

Can you please advise how ITIL December 2011 version is different from ITIL V3 ?

How one can upgrade its ITIL V3 certification to the new version?

Thanks & Regards,
Jennifer

There is no fundamental difference

The 2011 makes changes to issues spotted in v3 but could not go in before release

the changes are minor ---- you dont have to recertify

however all exams are now based on 2011

Yeah...
But, Have all the training providers have migrated to the 2011 version?
If not, can anyone tell me which providers are providing training for ITIL 2011 version?
