Hi all,
I am looking for a web conferencing and remote support solution that would work on both PC and Mac. Actually I’m in need of a tool that can present my computer screen remotely. Does this solution exist? Please help.

Although this question is in no way related to ITIL, I believe that the product called Timbuktu by Netopia is what you are looking for.

What I suggest is to have on premise web conferencing and remote support appliance installed such as rhubcom.com. It works on both Windows and MAC computers.
