Hello Ladies & Gents,

Any of you going for the ITIL Masters? The scope provided on the Official website is a bit vague and would like to enquire about the Work Packages, Do's and Dont's and the experience of presenting it to the committee. I got some feedback from the people that piloted the program but I would like to see the feedback from the community.
