One of my friends by name Zayas, is interested in doing the ITIL Foundation in Bangalore. But he is coming from Canada along with five of his colleagues. I want to have the name of the ATO which gives ITIL Foundation at a reasonable cost along with the examination fee. I have heard that there are some which charge extra for exam fees.

you have been asking in this forum the same variation of questions about exam, course etc and the cost thereof.
In addition, you ask whether the courses are gaurenteed or money back.
Everyone's answer to you in this forum - regardless of which forum of the Itil Community is the same...

While there is a % chance an representative of an ATO or a even a contract trainer may be on the site, they may not be here frequent enough to assist you
So here are some facts
The Foundation exam can be taken at a Prometric site - whether you took a course at the ATO that is a Prometric site or not. As to whether there is a Prometric site in <insert city, country>, Google prometric sites and country city
ITIL Classroom Courses cost big money as the instructors are usually contract instructors and have to be paid - first. The usual expectation is roughly that 5 day ITIL course cost about the same as the Microsoft course or other 5 day courses - depending on your currency 1000 to 2000 USD or GBP is the usual fare - even for Asian countries, they usually may fly in contract trainers - if they dont have one... That is what contract trainers do.
An ATO is in the BUSINESS of selling courses and making a profit. It is up to each and every ATO - whether Microsoft or other - to determine their policy about repeats (exam failures) and re-seat for courses.
What they usually do is allow the individual to re-sit a course after an exam failure.. but usually with limits on the number of resits on the course. However, some companys may do it differently - usually depending on who the customer is and how much business they get.
The student - who is sitting the course and taking the exam - is responsible for passing the exam and sitting the course. If the student cant pass the exam or finds the course difficult -- well then they should maybe try a lower level of course or more studying out of the classroom.
A lot of your questions can be answered by using your obvious skills with keyboard, mouse and web browser and using a search enginer - google, bing etc... come to mind
Your latest question could have been easier answered by yourself or your friend in Canada by search via google or Bing - bangalore ITIL Courses .... you would get a list of information .
You would then do YOUR own investigation and get uour answer in stead of waiting for some one on this forum to provide the answer - which most will merely say google it - as I would do.
