Thank you for the reply.
I have just moved from Change management to Release and Deployment Management. So I thought if I am doing the ITIL Foundation along with two others, can we ask the training organization to draw a scenario based on our official environment?

I feel that if the ITIL Foundation class has a case study in which the instructor presents a scenario and explains to the students, then it will be worth. Also they can imagine their own office environments and can implement them when they go back to their organizations.

Implementing anything on the basis of only the foundation course is a recipe for disaster. The course is an introduction, without the depth to be applied on its own to an implementation.
