Good Evening,
Our company in Austin, Texas has rewritten the ITIL manuals in actionable and project management format. The writers are former IBM employees who contributed to the first iteration of ITIL documents. We want to offer this training. We are certified foundations, through Masters and have or are in the process of receiving Ph. D qualifications.
My question is -would your company be interested in this training that would
a. Certify your personnel
b. Provide them with actionable check lists so that they can be immediately effective.
