Hello All
I am a MBA Marketing post graduate. I have graduated with computer science engineering. But I am not interested in marketing, I am much interested in working on computers like networking, website based work, trouble shooting and all, and I also a .net programmer. My friend suggested me to learn ITIL and work on it. I thought it is more likely to related with system OS installations, PC troubleshooting and kind of those, but here when I searched about ITIL, I found mostly about change management, incident management and etc. which are seemed to be theory kind of things. I am working now as a management trainee in marketing field. Could any one suggest me that changing from marketing field to ITIL field is good or not. Do I get interesting things to work in ITIL field. Please suggest me. However decision lies on my side. Thanks in advance.
It is merely a set of advice on how to do manage IT services - from the creation to the destruction
It is a managerial sort of skill set
