These look like they were taken from an existing tool - such as remedy

A lot of the value below are useless

A lot of potential CI attributes are missing.

What is needed to be done is not only identify what fields for a specific type of CI but also define the purpose for recording that CI attribute

For example: the values - Last Access Time & LastModifiedTime - are they CI values for the application or database record audit value fields

They are useless for a CI Attribute
They are pertinent for a DB Record Audit field- however, they should not be expressed as part of the CI Record

Lokeshwari

How can you learn if you dont try and fail ?

First off, you need to determine yourself what information you need to have in order to support or manage the application.

Second you need to look at the entire CMDB architecture

What CIs are above and beloew the Application CI - if any - and how are you planning to track those.

Then you need to write - in draft form - what processes you have to do

A hint -

Application name
version
vendor
is the minimum you need for an application CI

But ask yourself is that enough to provide support
-----------------------

You have to analyse each CI type and determine not only what information to gather and kept but why you want that information and how are you going to validate it
