I have multiple business verticals that my unit supports. I need to come up with distribution lists for each of those verticals, to communicate to those units regarding incidents in progress.

I am looking for some suggestions on distribution list names that are service orientated. Anyone have any suggestions?

I guess, this can be answered depending upon the structure of groups in your organization. In my work, i have distribution list to technical support groups, product management and high executives if it is P1 incident.
