Help needed!
I am extremely new to ITIL, I have been working in my current post as Operations Assistant for the past 6 years and my Team leader has moved to another post within the dept
They have 'created' a new post which incorporates the Backup side of Operations and System Admin, Active Directory etc and i have applied for it and got an interview (yay me) but..... i have to give a 5 min presentation and all i have is the title:
"Describe the ITIL Service Delivery Model and how it can be used to achieve success in IT Management and Operations

Can any of you lovely people offer any pearls of wisdom, information or guidance as to what i could include in the presentation

Thanks in advance
