Can the managers certificate be achieved by only doing service support 5 day course or can you only achieve it by studying both the service support and servcie delivery courses. Are these the naturatl progression after practitioner certificates have been received? Thanks
The manager's certificate does require both the service support and service delivery (total 10 days normally split up a week each over a period of months).
You can find details on the BCS site and the full syllabus is also available for download.

Thanks -thats a bit of a shame Im not overly interested in service delivery and after studying my foundation certificate today and having a taster of availability management dont know if I will persue that just yet!?!?! Maybe after a few practicioner certificates and a bit of experience doing some service delivery practices.
