Hi,
I am holding the Manager's certificate in IT service Management (ITIL red badge or ITIL masters), and looking for an ITIL related position in Vancouver.
I have 9 years of IT experience with 5 years of Management experience and 2 years of IT consulting experience. I am fluent in IT governance framework and other related control best practices.
