Hello,
I have a Service Desk project which need to be started at 1st of jan. This is a three tier Service Desk and will serve 2000 users on IT problems and ERP. My main concern is how much sould i pay a Help Desk Operator for each tier?
So anyone has an ideea?
The locations are in Germany/Berlin and Ireland/Dublin.

The pay scale depends on the skillset the operator would be possessing.Also other factors like his/her communication, customer handling , and proficiency will come into play whil deciding the pay rate.
As you are defining the 3 tier helpdesk procedure- the variation of pay scale might be controlled in the ratio of 1:3:5
