So instead of learning the material, you want the forum to provide you with links t/ location to stolen material

So instead of asking the members here to give you stolen material - which is what Dumps are, put your hand in your pocket and go buy an official study book for ITIL Foundation.

Having the certificate means absolutely nothing if you don't understand the material and can convey that[/code]

You can also be sure that any links posted to such material will be deleted pronto.

You don't seem to be grasping what Viking is telling you. The point of the exercise is to LEARN, and you won't do that by cheating. The onlly person you will be cheating is yourself.

Sadly more evidence of why the IT employment market is full of well qualified people who struggle to actually deliver.

Do yourself a big favour and STUDY for the foundation.

And remember if you want to progress onto the intermediate exams I believe a prerequisite is so have been on an accredited course of study. So you need a genuine solid knowledge of the foundation to be able to move onto the intermediate.

Hi All, I have 7 years of experience in the ITIS domain. I would like to prepare for the ITIL v3 foundation. I would like to buy a standard book which would prepare me for the questions from the exam point of view and also in real life applications.

Could anyone suggest two books?

1. A detailed book on ITIL which handles and explains things in depth.

2. A book for exam preparation. (would be of more help if I can get some links for test preparation online as well, if you have any).

Thanks in advance.

I was wondering if anyone had a personal book recommendation for the Foundations exam. I've read so many mixed reviews on Amazon. Here's what I'm looking for:

Structured content that helps with memorization, terminology definitions, and practical application examples.

I've worked in IT services for a long time, so the basic theories are easy to grasp for me. I just need to memorize and study.

Any thoughts?

There is a book written by Liz Gallacher that you will find on Amazon.

It is well written and I recommend
