Hi,

Could someone clarify if I can opt for OSA and SO together? If Yes, will my total credit be (2+7)/22 for persuing ITL expert certification?

Go to the official site for the calculations

As for the specific courses, the courses are broken into two types -

Either way, some courses overlap in what they cover - see the official site

and yes - mathematically speaking, if you have 15 now and you take the two courses - for which the total is 7, you will get 22

which is past the minimum requirement for Expert
So, you would meet the criteria for expert certification

You have to take the courses offered by the training companies

there is no real order to them -

However, some courses - capability or stream - do overlap so be careful

go to the official site for that details - find it yourself

Hi ITIL _guru, can you please answer me?
I have passed my ITIL v3 foundation exam yesterday. When Im thinking about the next level,ther eis a doubt came up in my mind.

Intermediate level have 2 sections as Service Level (5 modules)and service capability(4 sections). Is it necessary to take each module from the each sections in order to pass the intermediate level OR any module out of 9 modules will help to pass the intermediate level.? What is the criteria in order to pass the level?
Can anyone one please answer me?

Go to the Official site for the most accurate information

If you want to get the ITIL Expert Certification, you need to have a well rounded background in the 5 books

The material is taught in two distinct workflows

how ever,

the point system on th official web site is what you want
