Some people will get jobs in IT
Some people will not
Some people will get skilled in IT
Some people will not
Some people will get educated in IT skill areas - ITIL, PRINCE2, CoBIT, Windows, Oracle, PHP, SAP, etc
Some people will not
Some people will get certification in certifiable skills - ITIL, PRINCE2, CoBIT, ISO 27001, ISO20000, Six Sigma, CMMi, etc
Some people will not
Some people will get roles where their skill is desired
Some people will not
Some people will lose roles where their skill is less than desired
Some people will not
Some people will get promotions due to new skills acquired
Some people will not

This will repeat every day, week, month, year until further notice

Ryanne

I doubt you will ever get a job at ITIL in Melbourne or any other cities

The obvious reason is the level of intelligence displayed in your post

There is no such thing as an ITIL job, there are jobs that require skills from within the ITIL framework but no ITIL jobs.
