ITIL Project Manager - The ITIL PM will be responsible for development of the project plan, approach and alignment to the strategic roadmap already created. The goal of the project is to implement a common approach for Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management. The individual will use their ITIL process expertise to determine requirements with the team leader, senior leadership, provide project management guidance and drive the effort of completing an assessment of current ITIL maturity levels in several ETSP areas, propose a development plan, ascertain approvals with buy-in and execute the plan. Project currently set around 5 months duration.
