Hi,
Are there any good ITIL compliant tool on the market that is a solid platform for handling ServiceDesk requests, Incident handling, Problem Handling, Monitoring of SLA:s, licensinventory functions and other ITIL necessary functions?

You can melt your budget with remedy, it will do all you need..
Tho one nice facet of remedy is it can do most /all of your biz functions.
What problem you trying to solve ??
Rememeber people dont' want to own a drill.
People just want to drill holes.
Look at what process you need to report on .
What KPI's you wish to capture .. etc
Then once you know the targets then look at how to report on /from those targets.
