In my day to day, I live and breath most of the subject matter in Service Operations. With that being said, I passed on the first go, but didn't get nearly as high as I would have hoped.

My question is - how did others find the difficulty of the Service Operations compared to the other 5 Books?

Are they all in the same Scenario/Question format?

Similar in execution?

Scenario and in-depth gradient scored answers?

Case study based - 10 - 20 multiple guess questions

the right answer 4 pts
the almost 3
the not so right 1
the wrong 0

The Service Strategy & MALC exams were like that - those were all I had to take
