Hi!
I have done my ITIL foundation certification some time ago and I would like to continue. The service strategy is interesting me and I have been looking on the web to make the course the same way as ITIL foundation which is to read the book and take the exam after.

I saw quite a few website that offers online training but I would prefer the option that I have just presented you.

Is that possible with intermedaite courses?

Thank you for your help in advance!
Dag

Daguerre

It is great you took and passed the ITIL Certification... even some time ago.

However, you should have opted to go to the source - axelos - and read the requirements for ITIL Certification.

If your Foundation is not based on the current ITIL Version, you must retake
The Foundation exam is the only certification that does not require a course - online or physical.

All other certifications must be done via a training course - no exceptions.

NOTE: You can read the ITIL Books - all 5 - and learn what is in them w/o taking the course or sitting the exam

Ok thank you for the info. I did the 2011 foundation so I`m ok for the next level. There are a few training online courses that I have found on the internet to do the Strategy service course. I was wondering if you have any advice to give me when it will be time for me to pick the site for my training.

Thank you!
Dag
